Work History:

Grover has a diverse background in manufacturing and environmental engineering, with a focus on waste reduction and energy efficiency. He brings expertise in wastewater treatment, continuous improvement, and ISO 14001 environmental management. Grover holds a BS in Chemistry from the University of North Carolina at Asheville and is committed to practical, sustainable solutions that drive real results.

Work History:

Worked in consulting engineering the majority of career.  Consulted with industries, municipalities and government on variety of projects.  Spent time as an environmental health and safety manager for a small chemical company.  Areas of expertise include pollution prevention, industrial and municipal water and wastewater treatment processes and air pollution control technology.

Work History:

Jan has been the WRP Solid Waste Program Manager for 15 years. Prior to that she worked with the Georgia Environmental Protection Division to manage a grant program to local governments for recycling programs and illegal dump prevention. Jan also worked as the Environmental Purchasing Specialist with the State of Georgia Purchasing Office, where she implemented the state’s environmental purchasing program. Prior to that, Jan served as Promotions Manager and Operations Assistant with the University of Colorado Recycling Services.

Work History:

Ten years as a trained Main Propulsion Supervisor for the US Navy. Operations and maintenance on both 600 and 1200 psi propulsion plants and all associated equipment on three different US Navy Ships. Two years working with Boiler Masters in Greensboro, NC after leaving the Navy working on low pressure boilers. Retired from the US Army as a professional musician in the Army Bands program after 33 years military service.

Education:

Studied at La Tech University in Ruston, LA. Trained with the US Navy at Great Lakes Service School Command and Norfolk, VA Navy Base in Boiler maintenance and Boiler water Feedwater test and treatment.

Work History:

Worked in the automotive industry for General Motors and Delphi on various assignments in Engineering and Business Management.  Focused on automotive component products for OEM and aftermarket applications.

Work History:

N. Moorthy Muthukrishnan has a distinguished career spanning academia and industry. He spent 11 years as a faculty member and administrator at several Indian universities and four years teaching at NC State University — UNC Asheville Engineering Program. With over 12 years in semiconductor manufacturing and five years in other industries, he has published 40+ technical papers. His research includes solar PV, microgrids, electric vehicles, robotics, and embedded systems.

Education:

Muthukrishnan holds a PMP certification. He earned his M.S. and PhD. in Electrical Engineering from Virginia Tech, his MTech. from India Institute of Technology- Madras, India, and his B.E. in Electronics and Communication Engineering from PSG Tech-Coimbatore India.
