Rob Niehaus brings more than 41 years of experience in energy and power project development, spanning engineering, project leadership, and strategic planning.
Over his career, Rob has led power plants, combined heat and power (CHP), and utility outsourcing projects totaling more than 5,300 MW of generation and over 5 million pounds per hour of process steam.
Known for his clear, hands-on approach and broad technical expertise, he has supported major industrial facilities and global companies across refining, manufacturing, and automotive sectors, helping turn complex energy challenges into reliable, real-world solutions.
